YOUTH HOCKEY
We provide strategic guidance and development support for elite U15, U18, and minor hockey players during the formative stages of their careers.

JUNIOR HOCKEY
We understand the complexity of junior hockey and the many factors that influence player development and opportunity. We provide strategic guidance to help athletes transition to programs that align with their goals, competitive fit, and long-term aspirations.

UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE
HOCKEY
We support athletes through the entire collegiate journey — recruitment, admissions, and graduation. We provide strategic guidance and practical assistance to help players balance academic and athletic commitments while pursuing meaningful development and opportunity.

THE
ARGONAUT
PROCESS

CONSULTATION
​The first step in joining Argonaut Hockey Group is an initial consultation, conducted in person or virtually. During this meeting, we discuss short- and long-term career objectives and assess the player’s current stage of development. Every athlete’s path is unique, which is why we build a tailored plan aligned with individual goals and family expectations. As a selective advisory service, we partner with players who demonstrate shared values, commitment, and strong character on and off the ice.

ELIGIBILITY
​We guide families through academic and athletic eligibility requirements for post-secondary opportunities. This includes reviewing transcripts to confirm completion of required core courses, advising on course selection, and assisting with standardized testing (SAT/ACT) where applicable. We also educate players and families on NCAA and other governing body regulations to ensure compliance and preservation of amateur status.

PROMOTION
​We develop and distribute professional highlight video packages and interactive player profiles designed to present our athletes with clarity and impact. Our focus is positioning players in environments that maximize development and exposure. We proactively share game schedules and viewing access with coaches and scouts, while maintaining ongoing communication to ensure our clients remain visible and aligned with program needs.

RECRUITMENT
​We lead the recruitment process through direct outreach to coaches and programs that fit the athlete’s academic, athletic, and personal priorities. Comprehensive materials — including video, academic information, statistics, and evaluations — are provided to decision-makers. We present families with clearly outlined options and provide objective guidance to support informed, confident decisions.

DEVELOPMENT
We provide ongoing strategic planning that evaluates performance trends, skill progression, seasonal decisions, camp selections, and long-term pathway alignment. Our objective is sustained growth — ensuring each decision contributes meaningfully to the athlete’s overall trajectory.

COMMUNICATION
​We maintain consistent and meaningful contact with our players and families. Regular check-ins support performance, well-being, academic progress, and adjustment away from home. We provide guidance through challenges and, when appropriate, connect families with trusted external resources. Accessibility and transparency are foundational to our advisory relationship.

We oversee the broader development and day-to-day considerations that shape a young athlete’s path. Our advisors serve as a trusted sounding board beyond parents and coaches, offering perspective and strategic guidance.
